The name of physicist Richard Alan Miller is likely quite familiar. He has been interviewed by all the “usual suspects in alternative media” and more, ranging from Kerry Cassidy and George Noory, to Mike Harris, Vinny Eastwood, Veritas Radio (Mel Fábregas), Red Ice Radio (Henrik Palmgren), and the list goes on.

As you will find, Miller is a man who has “been there and done that.” His career as a physicist for the “military” began in the late sixties and ended in 1981 when he left the “belly of the beast” to cultivate a life of personal sovereignty as a “dirt farmer” and (self-described) “mountain man.”

“Military” might not be quite the correct word. He was military, but outside of normal structures. He worked for Navy intelligence, DuPont, Boeing – the military-industrial complex.

Though Miller is not free to discuss everything he knows, the material he does divulge is most fascinating, and a direct challenge to our ubiquitous purveyors of “consensus reality.” Perhaps unsurprisingly, he has a handler.

Richard Alan Miller was born on March 16, 1944 in Everett Washington to a military family.  He is a legacy Swiss Mason, “holy bloodline, holy grail” of the Nelson line. The lodge to which he belongs was formed in 1480 “to protect the bloodlines of Christ.”

His mother and grandmother were famous psychics in the Seattle area, and the television show One Step Beyond was based on their work with the Seattle Police Department in the 1930s.

Miller’s scientific genius flourished early. During his Junior year at Mount Rainier High School in 1960, he won the Navy Cruiser award with “A New Meson Field Theory,” and in 1961 he created a linear accelerator and hydrogen bubble chamber, and was, according to him, the first American to create particles going faster than the speed of light. [dates are correct]

He later studied physics at the Washington State University and the University of Delaware, and took courses at both Princeton and MIT. He also taught graduate courses on Metaphysics at Harvard through IES (Humboldt) – when PC-Link first became AOL.

While at Washington State University he built a plasma jet subsequently used by Geanini to make space tiles (NASA). He jokes (sort of) that “several Professors were afraid I was going to blow up the campus.

Miller later realized that his education had been orchestrated by “old man (Pierre) Dupont,” and that the top scientists in the world were “trotted out” one after another to teach him.

Timothy Leary was another significant influence. Miller was selected in 1964, one year before LSD was illegalized [banned for study at Harvard in 1965], to partake of the psychedelic experience with Leary, in a program in which “geniuses” were administered the drug.

After graduate school, Miller was immediately hired by Boeing. At Boeing he had a top secret clearance along with three “vault permits,” which meant that he could enter certain vaults and read whatever he wanted without the usual “need to know.”

In these vaults Miller encountered three papers that changed his understanding of himself, and which were also his “first clue that things aren’t what they seem.”

One paper described how technology Miller had developed in high school had been used in 1964 by NASA on the Mariner 4 to establish the existence of water on Mars, while another described a manned mission to Mars in 1968, one year before the moon landing.

Here Miller discusses the three documents that he encountered while at Boeing, as well as a later trip to Antarctica [1977] in which he encountered, yes, a bombed out Nazi base:  There was also ruins of a 14th Century Viking base, indicating Antarctica has been known and used for centuries.

Miller was brought to Antarctica in 1972 as a physicist to ascertain how the light worked, the “bioluminescence” in a cavern “below the hot springs.” The cavern was “probably a mile high” with its own atmosphere, including “clouds and weather.”

Miller was Northwest Regional Director of Mankind Research Unlimited (MRU), a front for Navy Intelligence, for 11 years, from 1974 to 1979. Miller was himself an early consultant for the X-Files and wrote several workups for the show. Seal Corporation out of Amherst, Maine preceded and gave rise to the Navy Seal program. While at Seal Corp., Miller devised a questionnaire for subjectively ascertaining “psychic” abilities amongst enlistees (“how to think with your gut”). Those who showed the most promise were then trained using protocols Miller developed for creating “super soldiers.” The first three Navy Seal units were trained using Miller’s protocols. Using his protocol a Seal in a combat situation arriving at a “fork in the road” would, per Miller, have a greater than 99% chance of deciding correctly (and thereby avoiding death or some other calamity).

Miller was a progenitor of the holographic model of reality and co-wrote the foundational paper “A Holographic Concept of Reality” in 1973. A major inspiration for the holographic model was Dennis Gabor. “It originally started with Gabor. At DuPont, that’s how I met him. In 1967, [passing Gabor’s lab] I saw an actual operational three-dimensional color TV.” Miller wonders where that technology is now, as it has yet to enter the public sphere more than fifty years later.

“Back when I was doing it, we knew about aliens but we were more worried about what the Russians were doing. And that’s a fact.”

While Miller’s work did not generally involve “exopolitical” matters, he has personally seen “alien” artifacts. He did two studies on artifacts, one with Wilbur Franklin at the University of Chicago “in their vaults.” As he put it, “…I know there’s something going on out there because I’ve seen technology that isn’t us.” Miller points out that this technology could be from an ancient advanced human civilization, and is not necessarily of alien origin.

And there are even more details yoo lengthy to describe here. Byt it deals with Area 51 meeting an alien named Krill. It also deals with synthetic telepathy, Chemtrails & also of a BioAPI (Biological Application Programming Interface) as one project that may be in play with the widespread spraying of “chemtrails.”

Miller says that the evidence that chemtrailing is happening is “overwhelming.” He discerns several different projects or “layers of intentionality.” He has said that while he was at “the Pentagon in the seventies,” it was common for one floor to be at war with another floor. So, there could be different projects going on involving “chemtrails,” with not all “involved parties” necessarily aware of every project.
